Aquatics Classes

Aqua Aerobics
Water aerobic exercise is a cardio workout combined with muscle toning activities to create a full-body limited impact workout.  The class uses various formats including equipment (noodles, hand buoys).  Swimming ability not required.

Deep Water Aqua Fit
This zero-impact class combines aerobic activity, muscle toning with an emphasis on core strengthening.  Resistance equipment is used.

Aqua Fit/Silver Splash
For those seeking range of motion and gentle cardio moves. This class is free for Silver Sneakers members, and is senior friendly. Swim ability is not required.

Aqua Arthritis
Join us to maintain and increase your range of motion.  Toning and flexibility exercises are specified by the Arthritis Foundation.  The water's buoyancy and warmth help to decrease pain and stiffness while improving joint flexibility.  Swim skills not required. This class is senior friendly, and free for Silver Sneakers members.

Aqua Stretch
Take 30 minutes to unwind in this relaxing class. The warm water of our Small Pool will help you relax and release tension while participating. Hatha and Vinyasa influenced practice.


Senior Friendly Group Wellness Classes

Total Body Circuit

Physical conditioning in which one moves from one exercise to another, usually in a series of different  stations. Includes low impact cardio exercises with classic strength moves, so you get the benefits of both cardio and strength in one simple workout. Great for the beginners or intermediate exerciser and it is senior friendly!

Strong Heart Strong Body

Aerobic weight training, keeps your heart pumping in your target zone & at the same time gives you the benefits of increased metabolism, fat loss, & stronger bones. Core, balance, and flexibility training are always included. Appropriate for all fitness levels. 


Find comfort in basic poses while being fully supported on props and blankets.  We’ll rest in each pose for 5-10 minutes allowing the body to relax and let go, leaving you feeling open, toned and free from stress.    

Chair Yoga SF      FREE TO MEMBERS 

Move your  body through a complete  series of  seated & standing yoga poses. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is perfect for seniors or those recovering from injury.

Mind Body Connect     FREE TO MEMBERS

For anyone seeking the benefits of a very relaxing gentle practice. Improves range of motion, joint mobility, reduces pain & the effects of stress. A great pre-workout class.  No prior yoga experience required, must be able to transition from floor to upright and back.                                                                                   


Silver Sneakers Classes

Silver Sneakers® classes are free to members who have signed up for the Silver Sneakers program. Click if you want more information about Silver Sneakers.

SilverSneakers Classic SF®
A variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement &  activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing & a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.                             

SilverSneakers Chair Yoga SF®   
A series of seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures.                     

SilverSneakers Boom Move SF ®                                                                        This is a higher intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout.
