Want more out of your workout? Then join us for a fitness class using the TRX Suspension Training system. This system is scientifically proven to be a total body health benefit– Improving mobility, flexibility, core strength, and heart health. Advanced class will be jumping and getting on and off floor. Beginner class is low impact and standing only.
