30-45 minutes of just about anything you can think of: Body weight exercises, calisthenics, interval training circuits, abs, yoga/Pilates, weight training, cardio endurance training, TRX resistance training, etc. Beginners to advanced - you WILL get a great workout. Bring a towel, water and an open mind.
