Ultimate Body Chisel w/Heidi

In this Peripheral Heat Action (PHA) Training Circuit you will preform multiple exercises in rapid succession, by alternating between upper & lower body exercises. Class will include 6-8 exercises, with 8-16 reps of each. Using Dumbbells, kettlebells, steps and mats we will cycle through as many times as possible in 45 minutes.
