Arlana Young

Arlana has been sharing the gift of Tai Chi with our community for many years. Long before joining what was then Fox Care Fitness, she was inspiring others through her teaching, and she has continued that passion as part of the Y Specialty Fitness family. Her enthusiasm for helping others improve their health and well-being is evident in every class she teaches.

Carlton serves as a dedicated member of our YMCA Board because he believes deeply in the mission of the YMCA and the important role it plays in strengthening our community. His connection to the Y is also personal. As a father, he has seen firsthand how our programs have helped his children grow in confidence while learning one of life's most important skills, swimming.

We recently wrapped up our annual virtual race fundraiser, Miles for a Mission, and what an incredible journey it was. Since our adventure began on May the 4th, we kept our Star Wars theme alive and invited our community of Padawans, Jedi Masters, walkers, runners, cyclists, swimmers, and fitness enthusiasts to unite for a month-long mission.
