Board Member: Carlton Rule
Carlton serves as a dedicated member of our YMCA Board because he believes deeply in the mission of the YMCA and the important role it plays in strengthening our community. His connection to the Y is also personal. As a father, he has seen firsthand how our programs have helped his children grow in confidence while learning one of life's most important skills, swimming.
In a world that is 71% water and children who are 100% curious, water safety is more important than ever. Teaching children how to be safe around water is not a luxury. It is a necessity. Every child deserves the opportunity to gain the confidence and skills that can help keep them safe for a lifetime.
That is why we are proud to offer our annual FREE Safety Around Water program.
Safety Around Water

Lesson Times:

Carlton's story is a reminder that the YMCA is more than a place to exercise. It is a place where families grow, children gain life changing skills, and our community comes together to make a lasting difference.
