Timeless Classics: More Than a Fitness Class

For more than 20 years, Timeless Classics with Dave Greene has been a staple within our facility, helping members stay active, confident, and connected through movement. Designed primarily for active seniors, this class offers a welcoming and encouraging environment where participants can focus on improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall wellness — all while having fun.

What makes Timeless Classics so special is its approach to movement. Rather than focusing on intense workouts or high-pressure fitness goals, the class emphasizes practical movement patterns that help members move through everyday life with greater ease and confidence. Each session incorporates a variety of human movement, helping participants improve coordination, flexibility, stability, and functional strength in a relaxed setting.

“This class is perfect for anyone looking to explore movement, strength, balance, and mobility in a fun and relaxed environment,” says Dave Greene. “While it may not be a rigorous challenge for some, it can serve as a perfect active recovery class for those who are already very fit.”

The heart of Timeless Classics, however, is the people. Members consistently bring positivity, encouragement, and smiles into every class, creating a supportive atmosphere that keeps participants coming back year after year. The friendships and sense of community built within the class are just as important as the physical benefits.

Dave hopes the greatest takeaway for members is not only improved fitness, but the ability to move through life more efficiently and confidently. Whether it’s maintaining independence, improving balance, or simply feeling stronger in everyday activities, Timeless Classics helps participants continue doing the things they love.

After two decades of continuous classes, Timeless Classics remains a reminder that movement truly is for every age — and that staying active can be both meaningful and enjoyable.
