Pre-K

This is Heidi’s fifth year with Jumpstart she is a well seasoned teacher. She holds her Permanent New York State teaching certificate and 10 years of experience teaching kids of all ages. Heidi has taught health and reading to third, sixth, seventh and eighth graders. Heidi has found that teaching preschool age children is extremely rewarding, lots of fun and a great way to learn new things!

I believe that fun and exploration help us all to develop meaningful connections with our friends and the world around us. I believe that we are all different, and our uniqueness will help to open our minds and help us gain new perspectives. I believe that an active and healthy body fuels an active and healthy mind!

In my heart I know that these are the keys to a life long love of learning and I hope to share my passion with each of my students.
