Spinning

Spinning is the original group cycling class! There are no complicated moves to learn and regardless of how fit you are you’ll get a great workout! Our excellent instructors believe in and follow the SPINNING program Energy Zones. These Energy Zones vary in intensity and are based upon certain percentages of your max heart rate. Take the guesswork out of your workout and maximize your efficiency while minimizing overtraining, burnout and injury. All fitness levels welcome. Come ride with us because WE KNOW SPIN!
